If you would like to request a WARRANTY service from BARSKA, please complete and submit form below. After we review the information submitted, someone from our customer service dept. may contact you via email and request additional information, including payment request for warranty service fee. A RMA # will be issued once receive all requested information and verified for accuracy.
NOTE: For faster processing, please include the RMA# on the outside of the box.
Additional information regarding warranty request
- Warranty Applies to U.S.A. Purchases Only Titles Should be Bolded & Underlined.
- Please read the enclosed Warranty Card with the product for additional details.
- A proof of purchase is required for all warranties to be covered.
- Customer can reach BARSKA by filling out the warranty request form on our website for a RMA #.
- Once the RMA # is issued, you will then need to ship the product back to BARSKA.
- For Warranty return, you will need to pay the Warranty Fee to cover the Shipping and Handling fee for the repaired/replacement item back to you. This policy is clearly stated in our product Warranty Card.
- Warranty service is processed in approximately 2-3 weeks.
- Make sure to include the RMA # on the outside box before returning it to Barska.
- There’s a possibility for delay, or the items may be returned back to you if the warranty service package is received without a valid RMA#.
