Sales Executive
Position Overview:
Barska is seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will manage and grow sales with our existing retail accounts—such as Menards, Walmart stores, Meijer, and Big 5 Sporting Goods—while actively pursuing new business opportunities to expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage, maintain, and grow relationships with existing retail accounts.
– Develop sales strategies and promotional plans to increase sell-through in assigned accounts.
– Identify and secure new retail opportunities to expand market reach.
– Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment, strong customer service, and account satisfaction.
– Negotiate terms, pricing, and promotions with buyers to maximize sales and profitability.
– Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and category performance to make data-driven decisions.
– Prepare and present regular sales performance reports and forecasts.
Qualifications:
– Proven track record in sales and retail account management, preferably with national chain stores.
– Experience working with accounts like Menards, Walmart, Meijer, or Big 5 Sporting Goods is strongly preferred.
– Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
– Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
– Excellent communication and organizational skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with retail sales data analysis tools.
