This is our detailed limited 21-Day return for refund policy. All Barska.com items are covered by this policy. Customer must contact Barska customer support Tel: 1-888-666-6769 to be issued a RMA# within 21 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply for a refund.
Barska.com will not issue refunds or replacements for items that have been misused, abused, modifications / tampering or unauthorized repairs.
Approved refunds will be issued after the product has been returned and inspected. The refund amount will be for the single item purchased price not to include shipping and handling expenses. The customer is responsible for shipping expense incurred when returning a product for refund or replacement. Barska will when then ship the product replacement, if customer request expedited return shipping they will need to pay the return shipping cost.
Barska.com being the manufacturer outlet honors Barska manufacturer warranties for replacement and repair after the 21 day Standard Return Policy for items purchased at Barska.com. Please see the warranty card enclosed with product for details.
Contact Barska customer support department for a RMA #. Send a copy of your proof of purchase. Which is the invoice included with you shipment. You will then need to ship the product back to us. If claiming manufacturer warranty after 21 days of invoice you will need to pay the processing fee stated in the included product warranty card. Once the product is received and verified we will promptly issue you the refund of the single item price if within 21 Days of invoice from Barska.com or after 21 days exchange / repair depending on the nature of your request.
All returned packages will need a RMA# printed on the outside of the box.

Please allow 10-15 business days for the freight order to be delivered. The customer will be contacted by the independent freight carrier before delivery in order schedule a delivery time.
The customer must provide a valid phone number upon placing their order. This phone number will be used by the independent freight carrier to arrange the delivery.
Customers who cancel or refuse their freight order within 1-15 business days of placing the order must pay the return freight shipping cost. This excludes refusals due to damage during transit.
If the delivered item has been damaged in transit, the customer has within 5 days of receiving the item to report the damage in order to ship the item back with no additional charge.
If you observe externally visible damage to the package at delivery, please note to the driver and the BOL if possible, to refuse the shipment and contact Barska immediately. If the package has been delivered but had internal damage / not externally visible damage please contact us immediately. All shipping claims need to be processed immediately please contact us ASAP for shipping damages.

Original shipping charges are refunded on returned items. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to Barska.com on returned items, and Barska.com will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back.
