I put this on my Savage 110E .22-250. I have bought and used much more expensive scopes that did not work as well. I have taken whistle pig at 350+ yards (range finder) and the Mil-dots help me with my load's 11" drop at that range. This is a good scope!.
I purchased one of these a number of years ago & never used the first two years & then I bought a Savage.17 hmr & its like those two were made for each other. At 100 yards I can cover a quarter.
I use this on my cz452 .22lr last 3yrs & it's never looses zero. I'm using the mill dots as BDC at 50-120yds ranges & works amazing.
Have killed many coyote and fox at over 100 yds and beyond. Live in the high desert of Utah, where shots are long. Definitely a scope I would purchase again. I use it on my 204 Ruger, excellent shooting scope. For the money you can't go wrong. Good scope for the hunter on a tight budget. I would highly recommend.
Big bang scope for the bucks. Have been hunting in Texas and Colorado with this scope and has not let me down. Rugged and reliable. Would recommend to the person who expects quality and a good deal
I've owned this scope for about 5 years & finally got the chance to use it last year on my 1st. prairie dog hunt & I was impressed. The mil-dots helped me with my second shot & I got my fair share of shooting & at farther distances then my buddies said that were with in my range.
Bright, clear, accurate, dependable, affordable. These are a few words that describe the Barska variable power scope that I have had on my 22-250 heavy barrel varmint rifle for a few years. I don't mean to sound like an ad or advertisement, but this scope would still be a bargain at twice the price. I liked that scope so much that I bought another one just like to top off my .17HMR. It is way more scope than needed, but the clarity at all power adjustments is second to none in affordable optics. The only complaint that I can think of is with the dust covers. The elastic that connects the two caps doesn't last very long and becomes brittle at knots and breaks. Flip up caps alleviates that problem pretty quick though.
