SWAT 10-40x50 IR Features:
Barska's new 3rd generation of SWAT Series riflescopes offers outstanding performance, impressive features, and rugged construction to make them an unbeatable deal. Precision targeting is achieved with the SWAT's fast focus eyeball, zoom magnification ring, external easy-grip windage and elevation adjustments, and a side mounted parallax adjustment turret. The 30mm monotube allows for enhanced light transmission which creates a brighter, clearer image for the user. Turret adjustments can be locked into place by tightening the locking ring at the base of the turret. The solid construction of the SWAT's monotube makes this scope extremely durable, and is high impact rated to handle repeated abuse.
The fully multi-coated lenses will give the user perfect clarity for viewing distant objects, whether they are still or moving. These fully multi-coated optics also offer protection against the sun's UV rays as well as enhance light transmission. The red illuminated Mil-Dot reticle further enhances the scope's versatility by providing 7 levels of brightness, which can easily be adjusted by turning the rheostat. The SWAT Series of riflescopes also come with an attachable 5" sunshade, which helps to significantly reduce glare.
When mounted on a rifle, the SWAT Series scope is secured with 30mm rings. Impact resistant construction ensures that the lenses will not be loosened from repeated firing, nor will the scope lose its zero if bumped or dropped. The SWAT Series is also rated to handle the repeated recoil of large caliber rifles, and will hold zero shot after shot. The SWAT Series has been developed for use in military and hunting situations where targets must be sighted at a great enough distance to prevent danger to the shooter.
Every SWAT Series scope is dry nitrogen purged and o-ring sealed, which will prevent fogging inside the scope and offers waterproof protection. The SWAT Series of riflescopes comes complete with a set of 5/8" high see-through rings, as well as a 5" sunshade to protect against glare. Included flip-up scope caps protect the lenses from dirt and dust. Backed by Barska's Limited Lifetime Warranty.

|Rating:||4 of 5 - Good|
|Pros:||Zoom on this thing is great. Sturdy, durable, no problems at all. Through out the day 35-40 shots were fired out of the rifle, stayed on Zero the entire time.|
|Cons:||Little more eye relief would be great. Mounting this scope on a bigger gun has the potential to become one with your face. Only had 150 yards to shoot, but that's my fault...|
|Comments:||Mounted it on my Remington .300 Win Mag.|

|Pros:||Very Impressed! Here is review from a real shooter and not an employee of the company. I was looking for a scope that could stand up to the heavy recoil of my DPMS 308LR Panther. At over 300 rounds so far I can say this scope is solid. I have it zeroed at 300 yards and this scope is very clear at this distance and up to 600 yards. I compete at 200 to 600 yards and even at 600 I see my 12inch target easily in all conditions so far. I plan to try it at a 1000 yards in a month at a national event. It returns to zero each time! This did surprise me. I thought I would have to re-zero often. So if you want a long-range scope that will stand up to heavy recoil and match the performance of a typical $1000 to $1500 scope, this is your choice. The rings and the dust covers do not match the quality of the scope. I would recommend buying a better set of rings that meets your needs. Hint, Hint Barska, You might want to provide in a better set of rings with this scope.|
|Cons:||I would have rated this Scope a top rating if Barska would provide a better set of flip-up dust covers and rings.|
|Comments:||Yes I'm impressed with this scope, so if Barska would like to promote your products at competitions and during practice at ranges across the country, contact me. I can be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org|
